Mike Geary’s The Truth About Six Pack Abs Review – My Experiences
Hi guys, Dave Thorpe here. I just wanted to kick things off by letting you all know that I do own and use The Truth About Six Pack Abs. Some people say that makes my review biased. But I just say, would I be qualified to voice my opinion if I’d never tried it?
I found the Truth About Abs because I was looking for way to get a six pack. At the time I was putting in a lot of effort, but never getting the results I felt I deserved. I was working out 5 days a week (sometimes twice a day!) and eating as little as I possibly could.
As you can imagine, I was spending a lot of time working out. But this program has taught me to be much more efficient. I have learned the right type of exercises to use and the right type of foods to eat to fuel my body.
The results for me were less time in the gym with better results. And learning that skipping meals and eating too sparingly is actually the wrong way to go.
Program Features: The Exercises
Exercises that zone in on single muscle groups (e.g. bicep curls, tricep extensions, leg extension machines) burn relatively few calories during and after each workout.
And guess what, this means you burn less fat! If you spend the same amount of time doing multi-joint exercises that recruit multiple muscle groups you are being much more efficient.
This means that you will burn more calories during exercises. And here’s the big one… you will burn tons of calories (and body fat) for up to 2 days after each workout!
Program Features: The Diet
Why do most people hate dieting? Because they don’t get to eat the foods they love and this makes them feel deprived. But when you eat too few calories your body actually believes that it is starving. This starvation mode actually forces your body to store as many of the calories you take in as possible. And it stores them as fat.
Diets also encourage us to eat “lite”, “diet” and low fat foods. Unfortunately the processed, manufactured health foods are loaded with processed sugars. These things will sabotage your weight loss efforts like nothing else! It is actually more healthy to go for natural, fatty foods.
As I’ve already mentioned, Mike Geary provides a lot of nutritional advice too. By sticking to the idea of choosing wholesome, natural and unprocessed foods you can actually eat many more calories than you’d expect and still lose fat. In fact these foods actually crate a fat burning hormonal response inside your body.
That’s right, you actually eat to lose weight!
I’ve told you that I love to workout. But I understand that a lot of people that read this review won’t be full-time gym junkies. So will it work for you too?
It seems to be that far too often people resort to ‘magic bullet’ quick fixes when it comes to improving their physique or losing weight. And for the most part people are looking at those crazy fat burning pills and fad diets.
Unfortunately there is no quick fix; there is no magic little pill to swallow. If you are serious about burning body fat and getting in great shape then you need to make serious lifestyle decisions and be ready for some hard work.
Look, there are tons of programs out there that promise to get you in good shape, or help you lose a bit of weight. But they are hard to stick to and the weight ends up coming back on.

If you are motivated then this ebook will give you the results of your dreams. But if you are lazy then it’s probably best to leave it alone.
